Abstract Trochodendron aralioides is an old-existing relic plant with limited availability and only a few identified compounds. Abstract Four new tetracyclic triterpenoids (1–4) were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Jatropha gossypiifolia. Their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR data analysis, together with the Mo2(OAc)4-induced CD data.
