This article presents the development and implementation of a monitoring system for patients with chronic hypertension. Technological advances in wireless communication are increasingly used today to send and receive information through smartphones. This also applies to devices for measuring blood pressure, which can be efficiently integrated with smartphones. Telemedicine is used in a variety of health fields, and in the past 5 years, it has extended its reach to the online monitoring of patien...

A majority of the world's population now live in areas with a mobile telephone network. This expansion of the network enables people to use more mobile phone functionalities such as short message service, multimedia, and the Internet. In developing countries like Pakistan, cleft surgery is expensive for families, and the child also experiences much pain. In this article, we propose a machine learning-based solution to avoid cleft in the mother's womb. The possibility of cleft lip and palate in embryos can be predicted before birth by using the proposed solution. We collected 1000 pregnant female samples from three different hospitals in Lahore, Punjab. A questionnaire has been designed to obtain a variety of data, such as gen...

This study explores patients' perspectives on sharing their personal health data, which is traditionally shared through discussions with peers and relatives. However, other possibilities for sharing have emerged through the introduction of online services such as Patient Accessible Electronic Health Records (PAEHR). In this article, we investigate strategies that patients adopt in sharing their PAEHR. Data were collected through a survey with 2587 patients and through 15 semi-structured intervie...
