Abstract The Schiff base H2bcsdt (H2bcsdt = N1,N3-bis(5-chlorosalicyladehyde) diethylenetriamine) and the β-diketonate Hdbm (Hdbm = dibenzoylmethane) have been employed as a ligand and a pro-ligand to construct a series of Ln(III) complexes. Five mononuclear compounds were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Abstract New chiral mononuclear cis-dioxidomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2(HL1-9)] and [MoO2(HL10)(CH3OH)], have been synthesized by the reaction of MoO2(acac)2 with tetradentate Schiff bases derived from various substituted salicylaldehydes and R(+)-3-amino-1,2-propanediol. Abstract A series of Cu(II) complexes, [LnCuCl2] (Ln = LA–LF), supported by N′-aromatic-group-substituted N,N-bis((3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methylamine ligands have been synthesized.
