Iso-cytoplasmic restorers (ICRs) are valuable source of fertility restoration for three linerice hybrids derived from wild- abortive cytosterile (WA-CMS) lines. The present investigation was carried out to determine the genetic purity of the crosses in chickpea using SSR markers. The application of molecular markers SSR21 and SSR22 in F1 hybrids and their parental lines produced two bands indicating similarity among the hybrids and parental lines. Fourteen pummelo (Citrus maxima Merr.) fruit varieties were evaluated through morphological and molecular methods to determine the genetic diversity among them. In this paper 60 doubled haploid lines of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) were studied. Genetic parameters as additive and epistatic effects were estimated for 24 traits.
