Abstract The Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced by biocontrol yeast strains which belong to the Wickerhamomyces anomalus , Metschnikowia pulcherrima , Aureobasidium pullulans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae species were identified by solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS).
