Recent advances in imaging technology resulted in an increase in pituitary incidentalomas (PIs) detection. Mitochondrial diabetes is a refractory type of diabetes mellitus where pancreas beta-cell function attenuates. Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) has been reported for pleiotropic effects in addition to effect to glucose tolerance.
