CRISPR/Cpf1 features a number of properties that are distinct from CRISPR/Cas9 and provides an excellent alternative to Cas9 for genome editing. Summary Pig cloning by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) remains extremely inefficient, and many cloned embryos undergo abnormal development. Here we examine differentiation of the intestinal cell line Caco-2 following exposure to sodium butyrate (NaBT), using alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels as markers of differentiation.
