To explore the salt-stress responses of two rice varieties, the physiological responses and biochemical responses were investigated using proteomics and classical biochemical methods. The results showed that the seedling growth was inhibited under salt condition in two rice varieties, the seedling growth in the tolerant variety was better than the sensitive variety.
