Abstract A novel electrochemical aptasensor modified with highly porous gold and aptamer was prepared for the determination of acetamiprid in fruits and vegetables. Highly porous gold was synthesized by electroreduction at −4 V in an electrolyte containing 2.5 mol/L NH4Cl and 10 mmol/L HAuCl4. Abstract This work presents a signal on-off ratiometric electrochemical sensor coupled with a molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for imidacloprid (IMI) determination. The transfer set in calibration transfer can be further refined by backward refinement (BR) method. This work introduces a β-cyclodextrin/multi-walled carbon nanotube (β-CD/MWCNT)–modified microelectrode array (MEA) for rapid determination of imidacloprid in vegetables. Gold nanocluster@carbon nitride quantum dot nanocomposites protected by bovine serum albumin (BSA-AuNC@CNQDs) were designed as a ratiometric fluorescence nanosensor for ultra-sensitive detection of trypsin inhibitor (TI).
