Wenn das Knie schmerzt, ist das nicht nur lastig. Es kann auch sehr schnell mit der Leistung bergab gehen. Um eine lange Verletzungspause zu vermeiden und schnell wieder auf das altes Niveau zuruckzukehren, ist neben einer fundierten Untersuchung auch eine optimale Therapieplanung wichtig.
