Esagonatopus antonioi Martins sp. nov. from Central Brazil is described and illustrated. The new species is characterized by having the head slightly excavated, almost flat, with granulate sculpture; the frontal line complete; the occipital carina absent; the mesosoma reticulate rugose and the scutum without lateral pointed apophyses. An updated key to the Neotropical species of the genus Esagonatopus Olmi is provided .

Gonatopus amazonicus Olmi is redescribed and illustrated based on a single female reared from an adult parasitized leafhopper belonging to the genus Frequenamia DeLong (Cicadellidae, Deltocephalinae), collected by sweeping on Eugenia uniflora L. in Southern Brazil. This female emerged 46 days after pupation.

Deinodryinus pratapolensis sp. nov. is described and illustrated. This species was collected by yellow pan trap, in a gallery forest at Pratapolis (Minas Gerais, Brazil).
