Abstract Pyrolysis experiments of typical C8 hydrocarbons, including the straight-chain, branched-chain, cyclic and aromatics structure ones, were carried out using a jet-stirred reactor (JSR) at 1 atm and temperature from 873 K from 1173 K for residence time from 0.2 s to 2.0 s.
