Ralstonia solanacarum a plant pathogen which causes lethal wilt disease in members of solanceaous plant family. The pathogen can survive in soil for a long time under stress condition. Different crude fractions of Equisetum ravens were analyzed for their chemical evaluation, vitamins and bioactive secondary metabolite. The results revealed the presence of bioactive constituents comprising alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, phenols and tannins.
