In this abstract a brief account is given of the synthesis, stereochemistry and antibacterial behavior of organotin (IV) complexes of Schiff base derived from 2,2′-(ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylamine) and 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde in 1:2 molar ratio.
