The interpolation errors of bivariate Lagrange polynomial and triangular interpolations are studied for the plane waves. The maximum and root-mean-square (rms) errors on the right triangular, equilateral triangular, and rectangular (bivariate Lagrange polynomial) interpolations are analyzed. A prismatic conformal metasurface, based on optimized multielement phase cancellation, is proposed for wideband radar cross-sectional (RCS) reduction. A volume integral equation (VIE) based on the mixed-potential representation is presented to analyze the electromagnetic scattering from objects involving inhomogeneous bi-anisotropic materials. The bivariate interpolation errors of plane waves over right triangles, equilateral triangles and rectangles are analyzed. For the right triangular interpolations, the data points used for interpolations are chosen based on the area with minimum root-mean-square (RMS) error. In this paper, a method of moments (MoM) based multilevel adaptive cross approximation (MLACA) algorithm is proposed to accelerate the calculation of impedance changes for eddy current problems. The MLACA uses the butterfly algorithm and ACA algorithm to approximate the well-separated blocks in the impedance matrix. Numerical results show both the efficiency and robustness of the proposed method.
