Nano-BiOBr photocatalysts were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using the ethylene glycol solution. The spin-dependent electronic transport properties of a zigzag ZnO nanoribbon are studied using density functional theory with non-equilibrium Green's functions. We calculate the spin-polarized band structure, projected density of states, Bloch states, and transmission spectrum of the ZnO nanoribbon. The two-probe device of nanorod-coupled gold electrodes is constructed based on the triangular zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorod. The length-dependent electronic transport properties of the ZnO nanorod was studied by density functional theory (DFT) with the non-equilibrium Green’s function (NEGF). The test of nano-diamond cathode field emission characteristics was conducted by changing the vacuum, the influence of vacuum change on nano-diamond field emission characteristics was also explored.
