The qualitative and quantitative structure of mesozooplankton assemblages in the southwestern Black Sea region along the coast of Igneada, Kirklareli Province were assessed and described. The study was conducted on 22 November 2012, 17 May 2013, 13 July 2013 and 4 October 2013. Samples were collected from nine stations using a plankton net via vertical boat hauls. The monthly and long-term fluctuations of mesozooplankton abundance, biomass, and taxonomic composition in the Sinop inner harbor (southern Black Sea) between 2005 and 2009 are presented in the present study.
