Het vak van trainer/coach kent vele gezichten: kennis en vaardigheden van de sport, het kunnen overbrengen ervan, het vormgeven van de trainingen, het bepalen van de regels en doelstellingen binnen een trainingsgroep, maar vooral ook het goed omgaan met sporters. En dat laatste is misschien nog wel het meest ingewikkeld.
